There was a poignant exhibit that briefly traversing the social history of the disabled in Toronto. Deborah Cohen, Executive Director and Producer of Abilities Arts Festival said, “creativity and artistic talent are not determined by age, background or lifestyle, but instead stems from a passion within – an attitude which is clearly evident through some of the stunning, engaging and sometimes provocative works presented this year.”
