Congratulations NorfolkIATWM has selected Norfolk as the 2007 North American City of Culture. We began this contest last year, disappointed that North America didn't have an honor such as our European neighbors selecting do 1 or more cities as, in their case, EU Capital of Culture. Last year our September 2005 cover story was our selection of Cleveland, Ohio as the 2006 City of Culture. That article, since it went online, has consistently been popular, telling us that our readers like this contest.
