Toronto is the self-declared coolest winter city as it
launches the first annual WinterCity on January 30th and continuing for
fourteen days. The festival will illustrate Toronto's culture, creativity
and cuisine.
Many of Toronto's artistic splendors are participating in
the festival. Whether it be discounts to enter the Art Gallery of Ontario,
restaurants featuring a set-price meal in Winterlicious, or the fun of
dramatic artists there is something for everyone to enjoy the winter.
Toronto City Hall will form the backdrop for the Zero
Gravity Circus with their choreographed performance including an
"extreme" bungee performer, trampoline artists and aerial
dancers accompanied by bold music.
