Toronto is the self-declared coolest winter city as it launches the first annual WinterCity on January 30th and continuing for fourteen days. The festival will illustrate Toronto's culture, creativity and cuisine.

Many of Toronto's artistic splendors are participating in the festival. Whether it be discounts to enter the Art Gallery of Ontario, restaurants featuring a set-price meal in Winterlicious, or the fun of dramatic artists there is something for everyone to enjoy the winter.

Toronto City Hall will form the backdrop for the Zero Gravity Circus with their choreographed performance including an "extreme" bungee performer, trampoline artists and aerial dancers accompanied by bold music.

Stay inside and stay warm watching the acrobatic techniques of Inversion, one of many special WinterCity events that will be at the shopping mall.

While visiting the Eaton Centre be sure to view the famous Canadian Geese sculpture by Michael Snow.

Outside the Centre at the Yonge-Dundas Square will be the premiere of Mobile Homme or The Human Mobile a new artistic experience created by France's Transe Express Company. They blend theatre and music to produce exceptional airborne art in the form of a giant human mobile.
