Including over 400 participants, the Open Air Art Festival hopes to contribute to the publicity and promotion of all of the artists. Festival Creator Ulises Castillo says, "We are currently trying to stimulate foreign artists, both those living in Costa Rica, as well as those in other nations, through the assistance of our Embassies, to participate and thus enrich this national exposition. This will mutually benefit both national and foreign artists."
