San Diego Museum of Art's European Curator, Steve Kern, is the driving force behind this new exhibition seeking to explore the artistic vocabularies of those working in Europe during the first half of the 20th Century. The works are rarely displayed given their fragility and this is a rare opportunity to examine the techniques and styles used during the first half of the last century.

Artists include Paul Klee, Franz Marc, Emil Nolde, Paul Signac and Marc Chagall among other artists.
